Kulture Shock Pop-Up represents growth, consistency, and community for me as a 20-year-old chef building something lasting. This weekly residency is about planting roots and creating an experience people can look forward to. Guests can expect Honey Chipotle Smoked Ribs glazed and slow-smoked to perfection, Tuscan-Style Pesto Chicken Sandwiches layered with bold flavor, Honey Dijon Grilled Crab & Shrimp, rotating seasonal sides, and refreshing house-made tea-infused sangrias. In collaboration with MB Arts, we’re blending food, culture, and creativity into something intentional and elevated.
