This first-ever community mental health festival will bring together members of the public, mental health clinicians, advocates, local organizations, and small businesses for a day focused on education, connection, networking, and reducing mental health stigma. The festival will feature several speakers on topics ranging from play therapy to cult recovery. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with professionals and organizations offering education, advocacy, and support services. There will also be a free yoga class and a “puppy therapy” experience.
