Our Bavarian-style sausage is created from secret recipes brought to the USA by the sons of a Sausage Meister, who was himself the son of a Sausage Meister. The recipes and processes have been handed down from father to son for three generations. We also offer specialty meats, breads, and mustards for truly impressive sandwiches.
